If the signal is red, is it still okay to turn right after stopping? If all the other lights are green but the right turn signal is red, do turning drivers need to stop? Are pocket bikes legal in Redmond? The SpiritBrook neighborhood has suddenly been INUNDATED with them at all hours, all days. I am very concerned as we have a lot of small children on our street and these look like the larger pocket bikes and clearly far exceeding the speed limit of 25 - they are going at least 35-40. Should we report it to someone or are they actually legal?
I was wondering whether this communications channel covers anything besides public safety issues when the term "Community Engagement" is used....since the term is rather broad.
Are we required to inform officers of a concealed weapon in the vehicle (driver has a concealed weapons permit) during traffic stops?
How long does it take from when I am connected to a 9-1-1 dispatcher describing my emergency until officers are dispatched? Assume an extremely high priority issue like armed robbery. Once the dispatcher understands the issue and location, how long until officers in their cars get the message? Are we talking 5 seconds, 30 seconds, 2 minutes?
